Forestry workers have ended thier protest at a Thunder Bay government office.
About a dozen members of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union occupied the Ministry of Natural Resources office Wednesday.
The protesters were upset with what they say are secret, “back room” lumber talks with the U.S.
The protest ended after officials promised to hold public hearings if significant changes in forest policy are planned.
