When the rain stopped and the puddles started to dry up, over 80 riders and passengers who took part in the shortened 2015 Ride for Memories raised over 39 thousand dollars last Saturday.
Bikers from across our area braved rain and wind, travelling wet highways in mostly ligh ran, but decided to shorten the ride after Kenora was hit by a huge thunderstorm and it was decided traveling to Westhawk Manitoba wouldn’t be safe.
