Some hope for Municipalities

A glimmer of hope for Cities & towns in the Northwest & across Ontario.
Municipal Affairs Minister John Gerretson says it is probably time the
Province looked at taking back responsibility for paying for some services
such as Social Housing & Health that were downloaded onto municipalities by
the former Harris Government.
Dryden Mayor Anne Krassilowsky says it’s about time!

might help give him a better insight as to the impact downloading has
caused.
