Some Dryden-area motorists are ignoring a detour on the Duke Street Bridge.
Due to a 800-thousand dollar reconstruction project, only eastbound traffic from Highway 594 is being allowed to cross the bridge.
Westbound motorists must take a detour.
However, Public Works Director Brad Johns says not everyone is abiding by the detour and he is urging everyone to use caution in the bridge area.
Construction is expected to be complete by mid-October.
