Some members of the striking civil servants union are experiencing financial problems as the lengthy labour dispute continues.
Dryden-area union spokesman Carl Bleich says members such as single mothers are finding it hard to cope but there is some relief.
Bleich says each union local has a hardship fund in place to help those in need.
He adds members have also been able to make alternate arrangements with banks regarding loans and mortgages.
