Speed Limiters Will Soon be in Effect

Truck traffic will soon be travelling a little slower starting next week.
As of January first, Ontario will require electronic speed limiters to cap truck speeds to 105 kilometres an hour.
The Ontario Trucking Association has pushed for the use of limiters since 2005.
Speed limiters are mandatory on trucks built after 1995.
