The Mayor of Dryden believes small municipalities may be out of luck when it comes to securing a piece of the gas tax.
Anne Krassilowsky sat down with Minister of Infrastructure David Caplan last week and she says the meeting produced disheartening news.
She says the money will go to larger markets with transit systems.
Krassilowsky says they will continue to lobby both levels of Government.
Dryden and other regional leaders have been lobbying the Province to free up the money for roads as well as water and sewer systems.
