Statistics Canada has published a report on the causes
of out migration and population decline.
The study “Community Vulnerability” looks at Northern
Ontario’s dwindling population.
Stats Canada Research Economist Alesandro Alah-Shee-Uh
says there are several factors that cause communities to
be vulnerable.
