Stay Safe This Long Weekend

Provincial and Municipal Police will be out in full force this
holiday weekend making sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
Police will be concentrating on drinking and driving offences, aggressive drivers and seatbelt violations.
Red Lake OPP Staff Sgt. Stacey Whaley says officers will also be on the water checking for licenses, life jackets, alcohol and other violations.
Whaley says more and more people are starting to comply with the rules.
There were no fatalities reported in this Region last Canada Day
weekend.
