What started out as a stolen bike investigation, quickly turned into a case of false identity.
Dryden Police were notified Tuesday night that a child’s bike was stolen from the Arena during the Shrine Circus.
Officers located 4 individuals with a similar bike and began questioning.
Police found that two of the men were giving officers false names as they both had warrants for their arrest issued by the Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service.
20-year-old Ryan Shane Loon and 19-year-old Brenton Cook were arrested for obstructing police and turned over to NAPS.
