Recruiting success has prompted the Dryden Area Health Services
Foundation to draft a strategic plan.
The plan looks at a number of areas including what direction the
Foundation should take in the coming years.
Recruitment Coordinator Phyllis Van Vogt says fundraising has been identified as a top priority with the Foundation still $300,000 short of their goal.
Van Vogt notes some challenges lie ahead with upcoming retirements
and 2-year agreements expiring.
