Strike Impacting Psychiatric Hospital?

A report suggests the civil servants strike is taking its toll on patients at the Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital in Thunder Bay.
Senior psychiatrists and management wrote the document which says many patients are being neglected and some will die prematurely because of inadequate staffing during the strike.
The confidential report says among other things, elderly patients have been restrained for extended periods since the strike began March 13th.
