Strike Vote for College Teachers Moved

Confederation college teachers will join their Ontario colleagues and vote on a so-called final contract offer February 10th.
OP-SEU has moved its strike deadline as a result.
The deadline had been February 11th, but union negotiator Ted Montgomery says it has been moved to the 17th.
The Ontario Labour Relations Board will oversee the vote by college faculty on the proposed contract, which was rejected by the union.
Dr. Rachael Donovan, Chair of the Colleges’ Bargaining team, calls the offer being put to a vote “fair and reasonable.”
