Strike Votes Locally

Elementary Teachers with the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board
will hold strike votes starting Monday.
Voting will take place the next 3 days in Dryden, Red Lake and
Kenora.
Peter Andrusco is the Local Elementary Teachers Association Rep and
says the move is part a Provincial directive and doesn’t mean much at
this point.
He notes talks have been running smoothly and negotiations will
resume February 10th.
