Student-Choking

A nine-year old King George student has been transferred

to hospital in London after choking on his lunch yesterday.

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board says its

still waiting for word on the students condition.

Yesterday, during the lunch, the child choked on a hot

dog and had to be taken by ambulence to Lake of the Woods

District Hospital.

The school board says its crisis response team has been

sent to King George to provide support and assistance to

students and staff.
