Students Celebrate Earth Month With Contest

Students across the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board are promoting the use of reusable food and drink containers.
As a part of Earth Month 2013 and Earth Day on April 22nd, youth took part in a Digital Media Contest, where they were asked to create a resource to support staff and students efforts to reduce the use of one-time use plastic containers.
There were nearly 100 entries from across the region.
