The Dryden and Pickle Lake OPP winter clothing drive was a major
success.
Community Services Officer Marty Singleton says 150 winter items were
collected last week for those in need in the Pickle Lake area.
Singleton says they are hoping to build on the success of the imitative
next year.
Meantime, the OPP is partnering with the Dryden Police Service Saturday
for the ‘Stuff a Cruiser’ event.
Residents are encouraged to drop off new unwrapped toys and food items
at the Dryden Walmart from 9 until 4.
All items collected will be sent to Christmas Cheer.
