Summer Blues

It may go down in history as the year without a summer!
Environment Canada Forecaster Sandy Radecki says temperatures in August were 3-4 degrees below average in Sunset Country.
Radecki notes the area received below normal rainfall last month.
She adds the last time the region saw the mercury dip this low was back in 1977.
