Summer Learning Programs for School Board

They are two words that can send a shiver up the spine of High School students: Summer school.
The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board will be offering a number of summer learning programs this year.
Superintendent of Education Sean Monteith says one of the classes is a co-op placement.
Other programs being offered include credit recovery and a Reach Ahead credit program for grade 8-students moving into high school in the fall.
The Summer Learning program will be offered at Dryden High School, Red Lake, Queen Elizabeth in Sioux Lookout and Beaver Brae in Kenora.
