Summer Program Launched For Dryden Students

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is launching a new initiative this summer for Dryden students.
Student Success Leader Scott Urqhart says the “School Within A College” program will be offered in partnership with Confederation College.
It will allow students to earn high school and college level credits.
Urqhart says due to funding, they can only offer it in Dryden right now.
However, he hopes to expand the program in other communities after this year.
This program is funded by the School College Work Initiative.
