Support For Health Foundation Remains Strong In Sioux Lookout

Another financial shot in the arm for the Meno-Ya-Win Health Services Foundation.

The Foundation is raising money to add more long term care beds at the Sioux Lookout hospital, with the ultimate goal of establishing a 96-bed facility.

Officials have received $75,000 from the organizers of the Bearskin Airlines ‘Skip to Equip’ Classic.

Over a five year period, curlers from across the region have gathered to bring in nearly $306,000.
