Surgeon Receives a Dryden Welcome

The City of Dryden has officialy welcomed its new surgeon.
Over 30 local businesses presented Dr. Bahram Sahri with gifts at a ceremony held Monday.
Recruitment Coordinator Phyllis Anderson says the community has come together to help Dr. Sahri feel comfortable.
Meantime, the Dryden Area Health Services Foundation is continuing its physician recruitment drive focusing efforts on British Columbia and Manitoba.
Negotiations are also underway with local physicians regarding the medical clinic.
