Contract talks between public elementary teachers, the province and school boards resume Monday.
It’s the first time the parties have come together since September 11th, and comes after the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario filed a complaint with the Ontario Labour Relations Board over unfair bargaining.
The union has said if the talks aren’t meaningful, there would be rotating strikes this month.
Teachers are currently involved in a work-to-rule campaign, refusing to take part in many administrative duties normally asked of them.
