Talks Underway

Negotiators with the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board and the union representing Education Support Staff are back at the bargaining table.
The two sides are sitting down this morning in Dryden, after the Board presented the mediator with a new deal last night.
Union spokesperson Pam Constable says the deal must contain improvements in the hours of work.
School Board Chair Barb Hancock says they are cautiously optomistic that a deal can be reached heading into the latest round of negotations.
Talks are expected to continue throughout the day.
