The Federal Kenora Riding NDP Candidate has just
returned from the Nishinawbe Aski Nation Leaders
conference.
Tanya Cameron says both levels of government need to co-
operate in order for area First Nations to thrive.
Cameron says she was overjoyed to spend time at the
conference with her leader Jack Layton, and Provincial New
Democrat Leader Howard Hampton.

Some of the issues discussed during the three day
conference include revenue sharing, consultation, and
bilateral relationships with both levels of Government.
