Tbaytel Moving To Remote Support

Tbaytel customers with technical problems will soon be able to get help remotely.

Spokesperson Jamie Hays says to promote physical distancing during COVID-19, customers who need their services can soon turn to a new mobile app.

Hays says the technician can then text the customer and talk them through fixing simple issues.

He notes this has the potential to reduce in-person calls by 80%-85%.
