Some Tbaytel customers in the region are getting reimbursed following a recent weekend cellphone outage.
At least one customer indicated he received 25 dollars back, but spokesperson Katie Crowe says they’re doing it on a case by case basis because there were varying degrees of disruption.
She adds that if people want to talk to them about their disruptions, they are open to their calls.
Crowe didn’t say how many customers might get a rebate.
