Both the secondary and elementary teachers will have 200 minutes of preparation time by the end of the four year contract, and they will also receive a 10.64 percent wage increase over the life of the contract.
As well, there is a provision in the contract that would allow negotiations to re-open on teacher salaries if funding comes the Ministry of Education.
