For the second year in a row, the United States has bragging rights in the SIJHL All-Star game.
Thief River Falls forward Bryce Johnson recorded a goal and an assist and was named MVP as the U.S. outlasted Canada 8-6 Wednesday night in Fort Frances.
Red Lake Miners forward Spencer Milne was named the top player for the Canadians with 3-goals.
Teammates Michael Di Lullo and Bryce Young each picked up a couple of helpers, while Cole Bohnet added an assist.
Zach Willms suffered the loss with 5-goals against on 26-shots.
For Dryden, Trey Palermo and Braden Shea scored for their respective countries, while Cameron Coutre, Jacob Siebenga and Eric Stout picked up assists.
