Temporary Layoffs at Ear Falls Sawmill

Domtar has announced approximately 25-temporary layoffs at its Ear Falls Sawmill.
Spokesperson Bonny Skene says the Company has adjusted its shift
schedule in order to decrease costs.
She says the current market for lumber and the high Canadian dollar
are to blame.
Skene was unable to provide a target date when staff may be back to
work.
135-people remain on the job at the Ear Falls Mill.
