Tentative Deal for Public School Board and CUPE

A tentative deal has been reached between the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board and CUPE Local 1939.
The settlement effects the Board’s caretaking and maintenance staff.
Details of the agreement won’t be released until ratification from both sides.
The Board expects to vote on the contract next Tuesday.
Both parties say they are pleased with the outcome of negotiations.
