Terrace Bay Pulp is one step closer to getting out of creditor protection.
The company and the province have come to an agreement for its operation and will now go to a hearing today. (Tuesday).
Lawyer Yves Fricot says if the court says they’re good to go, they’ll start bringing employees back.
Fricot says they’ve been allowed to prepare the mill for restart.
300-employees could be returning to the Mill by the middle of August.
