That’s a wrap: Dryden’s first Rhythm on the Range

*Write up, photos and video by Sarah McCarthy*

Despite the on again, off again rain, hundreds of people took in Dryden’s biggest music event of the summer, Saturday (August 17th) night.

The first ever Rhythm on the Range brought the party of the summer to the driving range at Anderson’s Homestead Golf Course.

Between dancing in the rain, great food from local vendors, to singing along to everyone’s favourite tunes- many are hoping it becomes an annual event of the summer!

Big shout out to Rhonda Sharpe-Klim, all the organizers and volunteers for the creation of this event and making sure it ran smoothly.

To the bands: Tiller, Slo Paw and Kitchen Party-the crowd said it all Saturday night, you rock!

And thank you Dryden for supporting D.R.E.A.M while ROCKING the night away at the first, but hopefully not last RHYTHM ON THE RANGE!

Proudly sponsored by CKDR!
