The provincial government is telling employers now’s the time to apply for subsidies to hire students. The summer jobs for youth program is back again.
Confederation College President Pat Lang says programs like these are important to her institution.
Northern Development Minister Michael Gravelle says the goal this year is to have more students hired.
The province’s goal is to have 62 hundred students employed under the program. The deadline for employer applications is April 30th.
