“We have a dedicated group of yogi’s in Eagle River. Our leader, Certified Yoga Instructor, Sara Neall, has many years of experience and we all enjoy her classes. We are very fortunate she is willing to teach and share her expertise.
It is important to stretch, strengthen and balance our muscles and bodies. Mindfulness, awareness and and making the practice your own is Sara’s goal for her participants.
If you drag yourself to class, you leave feeling so much better!
Eagle River is a ‘happening’ community and welcomes everyone to join our various activities. We promote mental health and wellness.”
