Sioux Lookout OPP have charged a man after money was stolen from a local business.
Officers were called to the business last Wednesday.
Video surveillance showed a male entering the establishment, and forcing open the cash registers, removing the money from inside and then leaving.
A male suspect has been arrested and charged with:
• Break and Enter contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code,
• Theft Under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code and
• Mischief contrary to section 430 (4) of the Criminal Code
The male was released on a promise to appear with a court date of April 24.
