Then There Were 3!

A prominent Kenora Lawyer has entered the race for the Federal Liberal nomination in the new Kenora Riding.

Bev Wexler now joins former Dryden Mayor Roger Valley and Ontario Regional Chief Charles Fox.

Wexler says she decided to run only after learning that Bob Nault was not going to seek re-election and is looking forward to the challenge.

The Riding Association is expected to announce a date for the nomination shortly.

Elsewhere, the NDP nomination meeting is expected early next month with Sioux Lookout resident Susan Barclay the lone candidate.

No date has been set by the Conservative Party who are still seeking their first candidate.
