Trailing 2-1 midway into the third period, the Dryden GM Ice Dogs found their groove in a 3-2 victory over visiting Fort Frances Wednesday night.
Cory Dennis tied the game and Trey Palermo notched the winner about a minute later to secure a needed win.
Jacen Bracko also found the back of the net and added an assist.
Dryden GM outshot Fort Frances 31-22.
The same two teams will be in action Friday night in Fort Frances.
