Thistles Drop Opening Game

The Kenora ‘AAA’ Midgets are looking to rebound after a tough 3-2 loss to the Winnipeg Wild last night at the Telus Western Regional Hockey Championship in Kenora.
Nolan Ross scored both Thistles goals and notes they weren’t strong enough in the defensive zone.
Ross adds puck control will be important in their second game.
The Thistles take to the ice for game 2 of the round robin tonight at 8:00 against the Saskatoon Contacts.
