The Kenora ‘AAA’ Midget Thistles are almost ready for a new season in the Manitoba Midget Hockey League.
The Thistles split their home and home pre-season games over the weekend against the Eastman Selects.
The Thistles came back for a 6-4 win Sunday afternoon at the Kenora Rec. Center.
That followed up on a 6-2 loss Saturday night in Beausejour.
The regular season for the Kenora Midgets starts this Friday at home against the Yellowhead Chiefs.
Seven players from Dryden are on the Thistles this season.
