Thomas Eady

In loving memory of Thomas Eady, age 45 years of Sioux Lookout, who passed away on August 22, 2006. Thomas Eady is survived by his sister Mary Kennedy and three brothers, David, Dan and Don. Thomas Eady is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home on Sunday, August 27, 2006 from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. A memorial service for the late Thomas Eady will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church in Sioux Lookout on Monday, August 28th at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Aileen Urquhart officiating. Interment of ashes to follow in Northway Cemetery.
