NDP leader Thomas Mulcair may be trailing in the polls these days, but he’s planning to make his first trip to the Kenora Riding this week.
Mulcair is scheduled to be one of the guest speakers at the Treaty Three Fall Assembly taking place on the Whitefish Bay First Nation.
The National Assembly begins Tuesday morning with a grand entry and will continue until Wednesday afternoon.
Other keynote speakers include Perry Bellegarde, the national chief of the Assembly of First Nations and Isadore Day, the Ontario Regional Chief.
