The McGuinty Government will deliver its first Throne Speech since last month’s re-election this afternoon.
Kenora Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton doesn’t expect to see much help for the North.
Hampton wants the Liberal Government to use the speech as an opportunity to outline a plan for the struggling manufacturing sector.
However, the NDP Leader believes the newly elected government will continue to make promises, and fail to deliver.
