Thunder Bay Airport Welcomes New Airline

Good news if you like fly out of Thunder Bay.
Starting today you can catch a flight from Thunder Bay to Chicago with United Airlines.
Thunder Bay Airport Manager Scott McFadden says they’re confident in the daily service.
He says that so far the route seems to be doing well, and says that the first outbound flight was quite full.
McFadden says they were at the airport to welcome the first group of passengers that arrived.
The flight only takes around half an hour and McFadden thinks it will be good for local businesses hoping to expand their markets.
