Thunder Bay Author Out With Timely Book

With a worldwide pandemic on the go, Pendziwol says I found hope in a cherry tree was first thought of in 2017.

That October, 59 lives were lost after gunfire rang out in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Those events lead to the book, which focuses on a child who finds hope in the smallest things in nature.

It’s a four letter word that’s hard to think about with an uncertain future.

If you’re a regular reader of Pendziwol you’ll find this book is written in a subtle, poetic and lyrical way. It’s a style of writing that she admits she likes to read and has made it way into her penmanship.

Pendziwol has a few things on the go for the future, including When I listen to silence set to be released in 2022.
