For the second time in less then a week, a Thunder Bay man has been
charged with a weapons related offence.
Dryden Police were called to a Van Horne Avenue home early Wednesday
morning after a report of a man with a knife.
19-year-old Isaac Smith was arrested and charged with assault with a

Smith was charged Sunday morning for possessing a concealed weapon
after officers located a hunting knife taped to his torso.
