Thunder Bay Mayor Reacts to Stats Can Report

Thunder Bay’s Mayor says he pays no attention to statistics even if they show that the City has the highest murder rate in the country.
Keith Hobbs says such figures are never alarming to him.
Hobbs says measures are being taken to help reduce the murder rate.
He notes a majority of the homicides are linked to drug or alcohol abuse.
