Thunder Bay Not Attractive?

The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce is blasting a Conference Board of Canada report that ranks the City as the least attractive among Canada’s largest cities.
The Chamber says the Board used old data and did not do their homework.
Thunder Bay was ranked last in education even though the City boasts a successful College and University.
Calgary was ranked the most attractive City in Canada.
