The Police Chiefs Association in Canada is refusing to join the call for an inquiry into missing and murdered aboriginal women.
The Association turned down endorsing the idea at a conference this week.

Levesque says he supports any kind of action that will examine the problem.
He adds the issue is something the local police will always continue to support.
