Thunder Bay Woman Involved In Proposed Marijuana Case

A spokesperson for medical marijuana company Canopy Growth Corporation says they are ready to fight a proposed class action lawsuit being considered by a group that includes a Thunder Bay woman.

The company took over Mettrum Limited, which is being accused of using a banned pesticide in a product.

Jordan Sinclair says all accusations occurred before they took ownership.

Sinclair says they will defend themselves in court.

The accusation hasn’t been tested in court.
